Why choose us

Four reasons people drive past two other dealers to get here

Authorised, not a broker

An authorised Maruti Suzuki dealership. Every car comes with a proper invoice, full manufacturer warranty and a service history that stays on the Maruti network.

The on-road price in writing

Ex-showroom, registration, insurance, TCS and accessories itemised on one sheet before you commit. No line appears later that was not on it.

Sales and service under one roof

Buy here, service here, claim here. The people who hand you the keys are the people you speak to at the first service.

A family business in Thanjavur

We live here. Our reputation in this town is worth more than any single sale, and that shapes how we handle the difficult conversations.

The pricing promise

The quotation you get on day one is the invoice you sign

Almost every complaint about car buying comes down to the same thing: the number moved. Here is how we stop that happening.

  • Every charge is a separate line, written down, on the first visit
  • Accessories are optional and priced individually — never a compulsory bundle
  • Insurance is quoted from multiple insurers, and you may bring your own
  • Any deviation from a quoted price needs the Managing Director's signature
  • The delivery date we give you is the realistic one

What is in a written on-road quotation

Ex-showroom price · TN road tax · registration and RTO charges · insurance (own damage and third party, shown separately) · extended warranty, if you choose it · accessories, itemised · logistics and handling. Nothing else appears later.

What we cannot control

Road tax and registration are government charges calculated on the ex-showroom price. No dealer can discount them, and anyone offering to is either absorbing it elsewhere on the invoice or is not telling you the truth.

How it works

Six steps from first question to keys

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Budget, seats, monthly running, city or highway. That narrows seventeen models to two or three very quickly.

  2. 02

    Drive them

A test drive at the showroom, or at your home or office. Take the shortlist out back to back on the same day — it is the only way to feel the difference.

  3. 03

    See the full price

An itemised on-road quotation: ex-showroom, registration, insurance, TCS, accessories, and your exchange value if there is one.

  4. 04

    Finance, if you need it

We put your case to several partner banks and show the offers side by side, including the total interest in rupees over the full term.

  5. 05

    Booking and allotment

A booking amount confirms variant and colour. We give you the realistic allotment date, and tell you again if it changes.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Pre-delivery inspection with you present, documents handed over, and a walk through the controls before you drive out.

In their words

Customers on the difference

I had a quotation from another dealer that grew by eleven thousand rupees between the estimate and the invoice. Here the sheet I was given on day one is exactly what I paid. That is the whole reason I bought from Pillai & Sons.

I drive to Kumbakonam and back most days. The hybrid was explained to me properly — what it does in traffic, what it does not do on the highway — instead of just being sold to me. Six months in, the fuel figures are what they said.

Seven seats and CNG for the running I do. They worked out my cost per kilometre on paper against the petrol version before I decided. Nobody had done that for me anywhere else.
